Groundwork Facilities came out of watching capable operators lose margin to lost paperwork, double-booked crews and invoices raised weeks late.
What we do
We provide one operating system for grounds, landscape and snow contractors: customers and properties, estimates and agreements, scheduling and routing, snow storms, field completion, invoicing and profitability. Companies run it as their day-to-day system of record rather than alongside a stack of separate tools.
Each company on the platform is kept entirely separate, and roles inside a company decide who can see pricing, cost and customer detail. That structure is not an add-on — it is how the system is built.

One record, not five copies
A site, a price or a completed visit is entered once. Everything else — the schedule, the invoice, the margin — reads from it.
Made for the season
Recurring routes in summer and storm queues in winter are the same business. The software should not force you to run two.
Numbers that hold up
Every figure we show traces back to a record you can open. If it cannot be traced, we do not display it.
