Common questions
How is a staff account counted?
Anyone who signs in — office staff, crew leaders and field staff. Customers viewing their own work are never charged as staff.
Is snow operations extra?
No. Storms, trigger depths, priority queues and snow pricing are included from the Growth plan onward at no additional charge.
What happens to our existing data?
You can import customers and properties from a spreadsheet yourself, with a preview and an undo, or bring them across from QuickBooks Online.
Are we tied into a long contract?
Plans are billed monthly. Seasonal contractors often move between plans as the season changes.
